Right of Withdrawal

1. Merchandise orders

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a merchandise purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquired physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email to support@mammutmarsch.de).

2. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

3. Exceptions

Participation in a Mammutmarsch event (event booking) is a leisure activity tied to a specific date or period, so the right of withdrawal does not apply to event registrations. Redeemed vouchers are likewise excluded once used.

4. Requesting a return

If you are logged in and have an eligible merchandise order, you can submit your return request from your account.
